Why is the Unlock Pass charging me?

• The Unlock Pass is our latest and greatest Spin Pass which currently only waives the $1.00 unlock fee prior to starting your ride. Please note: this pass does not prepay for any riding time.  The regular per minute rate plus applicable fees and or taxes will still apply.\n
• Typical Spin Passes will cover the entire ride's cost, both the unlock fee and charging by the minute, so be on the lookout for this specific wording!
• This particular Spin Pass will still require a Temporary Hold fee before each of the rides as well, but again, those holds will return in full (nothing to worry about; it's a guarantee that you will receive those holds back.)
