Having your ride stolen can be quite daunting. However, we have some helpful tips to avoid a situation like this.

Be sure to pause or end your ride if leaving the vehicle unattended. Please note, while the vehicle is paused, you will still be charged the per minute fee (unless you have a Spin Pass active).
