A parking photo will be prompted at the end of each ride.
When first downloading the Spin App, you will be advised to allow the Spin App to use your device’s camera. This is required to upload the parking of your rented vehicle.
When initiating the “End Ride” process, the Spin App will prompt you to take a parking photo of the vehicle. Be sure to allow the Spin App to pop-up the parking photo prompt, if you close out of the Spin App too quickly, the prompt may not appear again.
If your parking photo does not upload, you can use your device’s camera app to document the parking of the vehicle. The photo can be sent to support@spin.pm where one of our agents can ensure you are not penalized for your ride attempt!
