Sorry to hear about your less than stellar riding experience. That’s not how Spin rolls!
If your ride stops mid ride it may be related to the following reasons below:
- Entering a restricted zone (highlighted in RED within the Spin App) or leaving the service area. These areas restrict the use of scooters, slowing and stopping the vehicle until rolled back into the service area.
- Vehicle may have reached a low battery percentage, which will shut down the vehicle. Be sure to check the battery percentage of the vehicle before rental.
