- All refunds must be requested within 30 days of your ride or upload of money.
- If you have credits in your Spin account and we no longer operate in your city, you may request a refund of your balance as well.
- Please email (support@spin.pm) with the email used for your Spin account:

- Email, phone number and/or apple id (if applicable) on your spin account spelled out clearly.
- 7 digit Vehicle ID number (Which is located on the white square on the handlebar under the QR code).Information we need to quickly assist you:
If you’re not sure what your login is:
- Please head into the Spin app
- Click the menu tab -> at the top you will see the login you used during sign-up.
- If you used your Apple ID or Facebook to login, your name will be displayed -- in this case, please forward your name as shown in-app
