We reserve the right to issue bans for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service. Our Terms of Service aren't always the lightest reading, so let's make it a little simpler.

• One of the main reasons we may ban your accounts is due to repeated parking violations. Spin is deeply committed to robust safety standards in every community that we operate in.

• Another reason may be related to creation of multiple accounts. We only permit one account per user and device. The creation and sharing of Spin Accounts is not permitted and will result in a ban. 

• Lastly, it may be related to adding too many unique referral/promotional credits to your Spin Account. The maximum allowed referral/promotional credits on a Spin Account is $250.00.
