Why Am I Required To Complete A Safety Quiz?

A safety quiz will be prompted if your account has been penalized several times. 

If your account has been penalized, it will be due to improper riding or parking. The quiz is to ensure, you, as a rider, understands the safety standards of your community and proper guidelines set in place.

The Quiz will only be prompted if you receive a Strike 2 penalty, issued after receiving a warning and Strike 1 penalty. Below you can review how this may appear on your Spin App.
