What do I do if my bike does not unlock?

If your bike does not unlock after you begin the trip, please allow up to 60 seconds for your bike to unlock. If your bike does not unlock after that time frame, you can either end your trip and locate another Spin bike via our app and/or contact out to our live support team to assist you further.
