Missing Scooter?

We’re sorry that you were unable to locate the scooter that was shown on the map. We try to ensure scooters are accurately marked as available for our users.

Unfortunately, there are certain cases where scooters are improperly parked inside a building that prevents that particular scooter from being available to the public.

If you have run into this situation, please contact Spin support to notify us of the location where the scooter was missing from and we will further investigate it. We hope that this won’t happen again and will take steps towards preventing it in the future.
